Elements for a Perfect Life

So in order to begin building a perfect life I feel it is necessary to identify
the essential elements of life that we can address in order to make improvements or eliminate stress. These are aspects of life that we can have a fair amount of control over but certainly affect our quality of life.
I have identified the four essential elements for a Perfect Life as being; Health, Income, Relationships and Freedom (HIRF).
Health
Quality of life is clearly affect by the quality of our health. Its about making the most of the body we have been given so that we can get the most out of life. Its about taking preventative steps to avoid serious illness and disease, and maintaining physical health for a long and productive existence. Health can be broken down into a) physical fitness b) diet and nutrition c) mental health, not from a clinical view, more from stress and tranquility point of view. I guess it can be summed up as Mind, Body, Soul.
Income
Its not a race to accumulate the most wealth. I believe a wealthy person is one who has enough to support them in all they really want to achieve. A person backpacking around the world with few financial worries could be considered a rich person, despite having a low net worth. Nevertheless, to live a western lifestyle, income is important. We don't all need to be millionaires, but we do need to generate adequate income to support our chosen lifestyle and provide a certain level of freedom. The financial goals in this Project will revolve around generating income without requiring day to day work on my part. I don't necessarily want a million dollars, I want the lifestyle and freedom that a million dollars can provide.
Relationships
Relationships are an essential part of the rich tapestry of life. Family, friends, pets, the community. A rich life revolves around the people you share your experiences with and the warmth of the relationships you foster. A wokaholic with a wife, kids and colleagues may be surrounded by people but have few genuine relationships. Here's another more startling way of expressing it: How many people will cry when you die? I hope it is many.
Freedom
This may be the most important factor in building a perfect life. We may live in a free and democratic society but how much freedom do we have? I don't mean politcially. If you have no choice but to go to work at a job you don't like tomorrow, then you are not free. If you are crippled by debt and stressing about the next payment, you are not free. If you are trapped in a relationship but won't leave due to guilt of psychological pressure, you are not free. If you are restricted by the conventional wisdom and expectations of society, you are not free. The good news is you can be free and most of it just requires a change in your world view or paradigm.
Health, Income, Relationships and Freedom. These are the 4 elements of life I will be addressing in my Perfect Life Project. I believe that by systematically addressing each of these for the better i can design the lifestyle I truly desire and enjoy a very happy existence.
Note: Many would include Spirituality as one of these elements. I am not an overly spiritual person in the traditional sense but I do acknowledge its importance many people's lives. I would suggest Sprituality is part of Health, Ie. Mind, Body, Soul.
